1. Who We Are

2. Product Categories

  • Ready to Ship – dispatched in 3–5 working days.
  • Made to Order – dispatched in 10–20 working days.
  • Bespoke – dispatched in 4–6 weeks.

3. Orders & Availability

Orders are confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock errors, pricing errors, or other valid reasons.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Ready to Ship (UK only): exchange within 7 days (see Returns & Exchanges).
  • Made to Order & Bespoke: all sales are final unless faulty.
  • Faulty items will be resolved appropriately.

5. Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in GBP and may include UK VAT where applicable. Taxes, duties and delivery charges are shown at checkout. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you to cancel or reconfirm at the correct price. Payments are processed securely by our providers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch timelines are listed by product type in Shipping & Delivery. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

Customs & Duties:

UK orders: no customs duties will be applied.

EU orders: ready-to-ship items are dispatched from within the EU, so no customs duties will be applied.

International orders (outside the UK & EU): customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply.

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are shipped from the UK. Orders delivered outside of the UK may therefore be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and remain the customer’s responsibility. We cannot predict or cover these costs. Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.

7. Product Descriptions & Colours

We aim for accuracy, but minor variations (for example colour due to screens) may occur.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, imagery and content are owned by Hanged Empress LTD or licensed to us. No use without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

Do not misuse the site (for example copying content, introducing malware, scraping or reselling without authorisation).

10. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or delays beyond our control. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. The courts of London, UK have exclusive jurisdiction.
