Hanged Empress delivers worldwide. Orders are shipped via DHL or UPS, depending on the destination.

We offer three types of products, each with different timelines:

Ready to Ship

Dispatched in 3–5 working days. Lovingly prepared and ready to find its way to you.
Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Made to Order

Dispatched in 10–20 working days. This piece is crafted with care and dedication, specifically for you.
Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Bespoke Piece

Dispatched in 4–6 weeks. One of our most intricate garments, handcrafted through time-intensive artisanal work.
Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Note: “Working days” means Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Shipping Zones & Costs

  • Zone 1 – United Kingdom: £10 (free shipping over £300)
  • Zone 2 – Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands: £15 (free shipping over £300)
  • Zone 3 – Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Vatican City: £15 (free shipping over £300)
  • Zone 4 – Russia, Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Iceland, Jersey, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine: £30
  • Zone 5 – China, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, United Arab Emirates: £50
  • Zone 6 – USA: £35 (free shipping over £400)
  • Zone 7 – Rest of World: £60

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or collections.

Delivery Details

  • Orders are dispatched and delivered on working days (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM UK time).
  • For security reasons, we do not ship to PO boxes or military bases, and we only accept orders where the recipient’s name and address can be clearly identified.

Customs & Import Fees

 

UK orders: no customs duties will be applied.

EU orders: ready-to-ship items are dispatched from within the EU, so no customs duties will be applied.

International orders (outside the UK & EU): customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply.

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are shipped from the UK. Orders delivered outside of the UK may therefore be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and remain the customer’s responsibility. We cannot predict or cover these costs. Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.
