Ready to Ship (UK only)

Exchanges for another size are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Ready to Ship (outside UK)

At this stage we cannot offer exchanges outside the UK.

Made to Order & Bespoke

Each piece is handcrafted with care and created especially for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns at this stage of our journey. Sales are final unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or not as described, please contact info@hangedempress.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If returning from outside the UK, you are also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees.
  • All returns must be sent using a tracked service. If the parcel is lost in transit, the responsibility lies with the sender.

Undeliverable Packages

If a parcel is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or the package was not collected, it will not be automatically re-sent. Any additional shipping costs to re-ship the order will be the customer’s responsibility.
